1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VisitPay, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Our platform is designed to connect genuine workers with legitimate advertisers.

2. User Accounts & Integrity

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

• One Account Per Person: Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts will lead to permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• No Automation: Use of bots, scripts, or any automated means to complete tasks is a violation of our terms.
• Fake Proof Penalty: Submitting fake screenshots, deceptive usernames, or false information as proof of task completion is forbidden. Each instance of fake proof submission will result in a penalty deduction (e.g., ₦50) from your account balance.

3. Earning & Payments

Users earn money by completing tasks accurately. Earnings are credited to your VisitPay wallet.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₦2,000.
• Payments are processed to valid Nigerian bank accounts only.
• We reserve the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Advertiser Obligations

Advertisers must pay a non-refundable Micro-Job Creation Fee for each campaign. Advertisers agree to review submissions fairly and promptly. Rejecting valid proof without cause is a violation of these terms.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for breaches of these terms, including but not limited to fraudulent submissions and multiple account usage.
