Refund Policy

1. Campaign Refunds
Advertisers can cancel their active campaigns at any time. When a campaign is cancelled, the remaining balance for uncompleted tasks will be refunded instantly to the advertiser's local platform wallet.
2. Ad Creation Fees
The Micro-Job Creation Fee (₦200) is non-refundable once a campaign has been approved by the admin. If a campaign is rejected before approval, the fee will be fully refunded to the advertiser's wallet.
3. Wallet Balance
Funds deposited into the advertiser wallet can only be used for campaigns and are not eligible for cash withdrawal back to bank accounts unless under special circumstances approved by management.
4. Worker Earnings
Earnings credited to workers' accounts for approved tasks are final. However, if a worker is found to have bypassed verification or used fraudulent means, the earnings will be clawed back and a penalty will be applied.
5. Disputes
If you believe there has been an error in your billing or fund distribution, please contact support@visitpay.com.ng within 48 hours of the transaction.
